Moderatorer der er kompetente i forhold til: Handicap

Our moderator and moderator are familiar with the different types of disabilities, such as physical, intellectual, sensory and mental. The moderators have a basic understanding of disabilities and promote an environment of inclusion and respect for these individuals. They use respectful language and avoid stereotypes or bias when facilitating. Our moderator and moderator are aware of issues related to access and accessibility for these individuals. Discussions may arise about physical barriers, digital barriers and the need for adapted services and facilities. Situations that the moderator must be able to catch and handle. They have insight into social and political issues. It's about rights, labor market inclusion, and access to healthcare and education. Our moderators facilitate these in an informative and respectful way. The moderator also plays a role in informing these individuals about links to support groups, organizations and relevant services. By having a basic understanding of disability and the ability to create an inclusive and respectful discussion environment, the moderator and moderator help promote awareness, support and understanding of people with disabilities
