Our moderators and facilitators have deep insight into labour market conditions and are experienced with technical conferences and panel debates. But a programme on the skills of the future calls for something different than a debate on employment policy. Here is what to look for.

Will you be discussing the big trends? Choose a moderator who understands the interplay between economic growth, technology, demographics and globalisation if your programme is about how the labour market is evolving. They can place each contribution in a wider context.

Is the day about labour shortages? Choose a moderator who understands the balance between supply and demand if you are discussing recruitment, skills or sectors struggling to fill positions. That way the debate can get beyond the symptoms.

Will policymakers be in the room? Choose a moderator familiar with regulation and policy measures if your participants are decision-makers who need to adapt initiatives to a changing labour market.

Do you want to look ahead? Choose a moderator who can identify patterns and steer the debate towards strategies and concrete opportunities in employment.

Not sure? Tell us about your event, topic and audience, and we will find the moderator who fits best.
