Adam Holm (born 1969) is a historian and journalist. He hosted Deadline on DR2 from 2006-2016. Before that he was a debate editor at Politiken (2000-2006) and wrote a PhD thesis in history at the University of Copenhagen. Today, he is affiliated with P1 as a host and is a reviewer at Weekendavisen and a commentator at Berlingske. He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two sons.

Special interests
Adam has fifteen years of experience as a moderator and live interviewer. He has dealt with just about everything between heaven and earth. Personally, he is particularly interested in the Middle East, international relations, the struggle for values, ideology, history and culture, but he has also worked extensively on energy, environment, climate, health and education. In 2017, he published the books ‘Endestation Europa’ and ‘En by i krig. Scenes and Fates from Damascus’. Adam has also made documentary films from Syria, Libya, Israel and elsewhere.
