The moderator and moderator facilitating on the topic of children and youth are aware of the different perspectives and challenges. They know about the needs, rights and developmental stages of children and young people. They have knowledge of the social, educational and health issues they may face.
Our moderator and moderator create an inclusive and supportive space for participants to share their views, experiences and ideas on the topic. They are able to ensure that all voices are heard and that the discussion remains respectful and constructive.
