Katrine Asp-Poulsen has a special ability to create presence, engagement and good energy in the room.

“It has to make sense and make a difference when you spend time and money bringing people together,” she says. Katrine is known for activating participants both on stage and in the auditorium to create vibrant, relevant and memorable events.

Her preparation is second to none, and as an experienced moderator, Katrine guarantees a good flow and seamless execution on time. She is a journalist and has worked 14 years in DR’s news production on radio and TV. She has also been a senior manager for six years with responsibility for communication, HR and organizational development at the Danish Cancer Society.

In 2021, she started her own business in communication and leadership with the ambition to promote presence and good conversation between people.

Katrine has a string of well-regarded Danish and international leadership programs and is solidly grounded in both practical and theoretical leadership. She works well in both internal and external conferences on leadership and strategy, where she can contribute knowledge about the trends in organizational development and the future of work. She is co-author of a book on leadership, well-being and work culture, which will be published in 2024.

Green transition
Nature, climate and the environment are some of the most important agendas in the world right now in Katrine’s eyes. She advises companies on green reporting and on inner and outer sustainability. As a facilitator, she often uses nature as a learning space in connection with organizational development, meetings and events.

Research and health
Katrine knows many of the underlying structures in both the world of research and the healthcare system from her time as Head of Communications at the Danish Cancer Society. This gives her an often sought-after professional weight and credibility as a moderator in these areas.

Katrine always starts with what the organizer wants to achieve with the event, and she is an expert in adapting form and content to ensure that the organization’s most important messages are heard. She is fluent in both digital and analog, Danish and English. She is happy when she succeeds in creating events that make an impression and leave a positive impression on participants, organizers and the outside world.

She is co-author of a book on leadership, wellbeing and work culture, which will be published in 2024. She is also a strong capacity in regenerative leadership, on which she gives lectures and workshops.
