Our moderator and moderator have insights into typical secondary education, such as high schools, vocational schools, technical schools and other alternative education options. They understand differences in structure, subject offerings and career opportunities.
They are up to date on current political and societal debates on secondary education, such as issues of access, equality, quality assurance, and educational reform.
The moderator and moderator are familiar with the challenges young people face when choosing an education and career, the pressures from society and parents, and the factors that can affect their educational success. These include socio-economic background, health conditions and individual interests and abilities.
They also have a knowledge of the needs and demands of the labor market, which can also be relevant as secondary education is often associated with preparation for working life. They understand trends in employment, demand for different skills and competencies, and the importance of lifelong learning.
Finally, it is important for moderators to create a space where young students and other stakeholders can actively participate. They can feel heard and respected in discussions about youth education. And that contributes to a meaningful and constructive dialog on this important topic
