Veronica D’Souza (b. 1984) is an engaging and experienced moderator, keynote speaker, international advisor and award-winning social entrepreneur. She is known for combining deep professionalism with generosity, openness and humor.

Veronica has global experience in social entrepreneurship, sustainability, business development and creativity. With over 15 years of experience across private companies, nonprofit organizations and social impact ventures, Veronica is able to create engaging, lively and meaningful conversations across a wide range of topics.

Veronica is the founder of the award-winning companies CARCEL, which employed imprisoned women in Thailand and Peru with responsible fashion production, and Ruby Cup, which provides menstrual cups to women and girls in East Africa. She has a background in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and an Executive Education in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD, Singapore. Her work has been featured on the cover of The New York Times, in Vogue, Forbes, and i-D.
